Well-Being Experiences

Mindfulness, Movement, Meditations, and More

Yin Yoga:

Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice suitable for all abilities, it is a slow and progressive style of yoga that allows your body to open and release. Poses are held for longer periods of 1 – 5 minutes, in each pose you are empowered to find a position that works uniquely for your body.

Tip – You may like to add a sound meditation to the end of this experience, or do 30 minutes of yin yoga and 30 minutes of sound meditation.

Sound Meditation (Sound Bath)

Using singing bowls, chimes and gongs you are taken on a relaxing and meditative experience while bathing in the sound waves produced. This beautiful experience is ideal for reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia, and an opportunity to shift from doing to being. All you need to do is lie back and relax.

ZenMoves™

ZenMoves™ is a beautiful fusion of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Movement that
Rebecca Hannan has developed through 30+ years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellbeing industry. ZenMoves™ improves flexibility, mobility, strength, and postural awareness.

Roll & Release

A prop-based experience using foam rollers, massage balls, and bolsters designed to improve flexibility, ease and eliminate pain by working with your connective tissue. You’ll leave this session feeling like you’ve had a deep tissue massage. This is an ideal experience to inspire take- home movements and stretches to keep you moving and feeling WELL.

Mindfulness Meditation

Drawing on a variety of mindfulness practices, your mindfulness meditation experience may incorporate seated, walking, open awareness, and body scan mindfulness techniques. Sometimes challenging, yet always rewarding mindfulness meditations can assist in reducing stress, gaining clarity, and finding inner peace.

Walking in Wonder

Inspired by the beautiful Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, which translates to forest bathing, Walking in Wonder takes you on a mindful journey in nature, experiencing the forest through all of your senses. Walking in Wonder is not exercise, it is a slow,
intentional, curious interaction with nature. After your Walking in Wonder
experience, you’ll be sure to feel refreshed, revived and wonderfully surprised.
The duration of the above experiences is 90 minutes, 60 minutes of activity concluding with a tea ceremony and fruit platter.
